A holistic and customized approach to healing your body, including your core and pelvic floor.
Hello! My name is Tiana Wood, owner and lead therapist at Empowered Foundations Pelvic Floor Therapy & Bodywork. I provide massage and pelvic floor therapies that take your whole person into account and focus on your individual needs and goals. For my massages, I integrate a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, and lymphatic massage. I have specialized training in Thai massage and prenatal, postpartum, and labor support massage. For pelvic floor therapy, I incorporate education, hands-on bodywork, and movement. I am committed to empowering all of my clients with an understanding of their own bodies and the tools to heal themselves and regain strength and function, throughout all phases of life.

can cause ripples of healing."
Personable, kind and highly skillful, as a fellow bodyworker I fully recommend Tiana without hesitation. The fact that she is an Occupational Therapist alongside a Licensed Massage Therapist gives her extra tools she can draw on, which I really appreciate. S. Downing
Tiana is a godsend. I genuinely don’t know how she finds all the knots and tension spots that she does. You won’t regret booking with her. H.C.
Tiana changed my life! Leaking urine was a thing I had learned to live with...until I met Tiana. I had no idea how easy it was to strengthen the muscles that control incontinence. She gave me exercises to do at home that worked miracles. She also gave me amazing tips that I've shared with friends. Who knew we didn't have to live this way? T. Johnson
I have had bodywork with Tiana since 2004 in Athens, Ga. She was amazing at rubbing away my tight muscles then & I’m happy to have watched her grow her craft by furthering her education with a degree in Occupational Therapy and now with Pelvic Floor Therapy. I trust & highly recommend Tiana for your therapy needs. She has a calming way about her & is adamant about removing painful muscle kinks. T. Ridley
