Signs Pelvic Floor Therapy May Be Right For You

Regain Control of Your Pelvic Health
You're Not Alone
Almost half of us will experience pelvic health challenges at some point in our lives. Because these issues are so common, many of us have been led to believe they’re just part of life or something we have to live with.
But that’s not true. You don’t have to live with them! Pelvic floor therapy can uncover the root cause and address the muscles and nerves of the pelvic floor that are causing your symptoms. My goal is to help you get back to a life where you don’t have to think about your pelvic health.
I understand how frustrating and isolating pelvic health challenges can feel, but you’ve found the right place. Let me help you find lasting relief.
Getting started with me is simple—no referrals or complicated hoops to jump through! Here’s how it works:
1. Call to Schedule
Speak directly with a real, compassionate human who will answer your questions and help you find a time for your initial evaluation.
2. Build Your Action Plan
At your first visit, you’ll receive a comprehensive evaluation and leave with a clear, personalized action plan.
3. Find Lasting Relief
We’ll work together to resolve your symptoms, address the root causes, and build your resilience for long-term relief.
Pelvic health care at Empowered Foundations is offered in a private-pay, boutique setting intentionally designed for presence, depth, and individualized attention.
Our extended, one-on-one sessions create space to slow down, listen closely, and understand how your entire system is working together. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms, we focus on restoring balance, strength, coordination, and resilience so your body can move and function with greater ease.
An Investment in Time
Pelvic floor concerns are rarely resolved in a single visit. Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, creating consistency and momentum in the early phase of care. As your body builds strength and integration, appointments are gradually spaced out.
While every body is different, many clients engage in care for several weeks to a few months, depending on their goals and history. Meaningful, lasting change unfolds progressively—not instantly. Temporary relief can be part of the process, but our work centers on sustainable improvement so symptoms are less likely to return.
We believe in steady progress over quick fixes.
An Investment in Personalized Care
Because we operate as a private-pay, out-of-network clinic, we are able to provide longer appointments, individualized treatment planning, and a level of focused attention that is often not possible in high-volume, insurance-based environments.
Many of our clients choose to use out-of-network occupational therapy benefits, and we provide detailed superbills for possible reimbursement.
If you have questions about investment or next steps, our team is always happy to walk you through your options.
