Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist – Temporary Coverage (Nov 26–Jan 26)

Empowered Foundations Pelvic Floor Therapy & Bodywork is a trusted pelvic health and wellness practice in Savannah, GA, dedicated to empowering clients through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking a GA state licensed occupational therapist or physical therapist with experience evaluating and treating clients with pelvic floor dysfunction to provide client care for temporary coverage during medical leave from Nov 26, 2025, to Jan 26, 2026 — with the potential for continued collaboration afterward.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pelvic health clients

• Maintain treatment notes and scheduling

• Ensure high-quality, continuous care

​

Qualifications:

• Current Georgia OT or PT license & liability insurance

• Specialized pelvic floor training (e.g., Herman & Wallace or equivalent)

• Excellent communication and professionalism
